In accordance with the new regulations set forth by Governor Inslee:

1. We are no longer allowing appointments in the exam rooms.  We are implementing telemedicine and curb-side appointments/pick-up
        a. Please STAY in your vehicle and call the front desk.
        b. For medication/food pick-up:
              i. one of our assistants or receptionists will come out to the car and deliver your medication/food to you car.
       c. For appointments:
             i. One of the assistants will come out to your car, discuss your concerns for your pet, and transport him/her inside for the exam
             ii. The doctor will then discuss with you the recommendations (via phone call or in-person at our car-your choice)
             iii. Once the treatment(s) have been performed/medication filled-they and your pet will be delivered to your car
      d. You can then pay over the phone or have the assistant/receptionist take you card/cash to process the payment.

2. The staff and doctors will all be wearing gloves and a face mask for everyone’s potection.

3. We will NOT be scheduling wellness exams or elective surgeries until the restrictions have been adequately lifted for Washington State/King County

We Thank You for your business. In this busy time, please understand we strive to help as many animals as we can while still giving the quality of care which led us to start this business. We ask that you please allow 24-48 hours for us to refill medications and at least a week to schedule a recheck. We are currently scheduling out wellness appointments several weeks. Due to the high volume of patients (and increased non-wellness/sick patients), the doctors as SVH have decided to implement a permanent policy.  They need to restrict direct phone conversations with clients to 1 hour a week and 30 minutes of direct email from/with the doctors.  Please do not let this deter you from calling or emailing.  Our fantastic staff will be happy to assist you via phone or email and they can pass along any messages from the doctors.  We all want to make sure that we are all healthy, well-rested, and at our best.  We appreciate your understanding and hope to continue to provide all of our extra special patients with the best quality care.
