Due to the high volume of patients (and increased non-wellness/sick patients), the doctors as SVH have decided to implement a permanent policy. They need to restrict direct phone conversations with clients to 1 hour a week and 30 minutes of direct email from/with the doctors. Please do not let this deter you from calling or emailing. Our fantastic staff will be happy to assist you via phone or email and they can pass along any messages from the doctors. We all want to make sure that we are all healthy, well-rested, and at our best.
